It was, quite literally, just a block of pasta with a thin layer of tomato sauce and cheese that burns before it melts on top, sitting in a pool of peas. People learn that (a “sugar alcohol”) is both awful for you and a very effective laxative the hard way. They need to stop putting it in food in general. It has a index of 35 (compared to 62 for sugar), so it’s still fucking awful for you, and on top of that it makes you nonstop if you eat too much. (GI of 12) and (GI of 0) both have a lower GI, taste better or about the same, and don’t make you shit all over yourself. Why do they still use? Who fucking knows.

Potato chips were supposedly invented out lot of spite. The draining was done by hand so you had to press your palm against the chicken and flip it almost vertically so the stock drains back into the vat. First round draining was because the chicken was cold so the stock came out slightly above warm, second round and third round was just fire. Reason we did it by hand was because the chicken was already cut into presentable.
